About the Al Raby Counseling Department!
The Al Raby Counseling Department earned the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) designation from the American School Counselor Association in April of 2011! This means that we are committed to delivering a comprehensive, data-driven, results-based program.
Our Mission Statement
The Professional School Counselors of Al Raby will implement a holistic, data-driven counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and personal/social needs of every student at our school. We are educators with a holistic, developmental perspective who are trained to collaborate with all stakeholders in an effort to eliminate barriers to student achievement. By serving as advocates for equity, access and the success of every student, we expect to graduate college-ready, responsible citizens who can effectively advocate for social and environmental causes.
